About Us

Boyd Education 2.jpg

We're Paul and Julie Boyd and we love all things D&T (design and technology) and STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths).

We create teaching and learning resources for use in D&T classrooms, as well as planning and delivering training courses and workshops for schools. We also create ideas and activities for anyone interested in designing and making for fun.

We are a husband and wife team who support D&T and STEM education in schools. We are both qualified teachers who have extensive experience working in a range of education settings, including working at university level. We also both have experience working in industry, particularly Paul who has worked in a number of industrial roles linked to various designing and manufacturing industries.
