This resource is designed to be used in the classroom straight away to deliver D&T theory content (including learning on polypropylene, microfibres and design inspiration) through a practical approach and includes teacher notes, learning resources and activity handouts, as well as a short #ThinkDoMAKE practical activity led by the learning covered in the resource.
The resource is not designed for any particular age group or time slot as this will depend on what elements of the resource are used and how it is delivered.
The resources could be used in a range of different contexts e.g. focused practical task, retrieval activities, one off lesson, module of work, revision activity, after school club, enterprise activity, STEM activity, off timetable day, home educators. Although designed as an education resource some part of the resource might also be of interest in a non education context e.g. the #ThinkDoMAKE.
